    Completely awful

    Not a single thing

    Everything. My room was dirty, toilet wouldn't flush, and the room and bed sheets stunk of smoke so bad I couldn't sleep. When I would run the water from the sink it would leak all onto the floor, It was an awful experience. There was pubic hair left on the toilet and on the bottom back of it from someone else. It was absolutely disgusting......never ever again!

    Decent but some inconsistencies.

    Its location was important for airport.

    Inconsistency with staff. The daily breakfast during the week was excellent - the staff member was in control and did an amazing job!! At the weekend when she was not there - totally the opposite. Arriving to breakfast and every single hot item was not available for 15 mins …. No monitoring to keep those options available. So guests were frustrated and all “ waiting around” to get food so they could get in with their day.
