Upsetting not worth the money
There was no blankets or pillows in our room for the pull Out couch when we called down to ask for them at bed time we were told we need to wait they are busy and they had none so I went down to the front desk where they were scrambling to find something went to the linen room grabbed us a blanket I don’t know if it was even clean than said they had no pillows and were sold out - I paid almost 400$ for the night I cannot believe we didn’t even have blankets and pillows for my kids to sleep

Room was very clean and contemporary casual. Having my name on the TV felt like a special and inviting touch of warmth. The staff is extremely friendly and nice.
I absolutely hated the water pressure in the shower 🚿 I did NOT feel rinsed off. WHY DOES THE TOILET FLUSH LIKE A TORPEDO, YET THE SHOWER DRIPPED LIKE A COFFEE MAKER ? Room 318 Third Floor.
