    I have & continue to have a wonderful experience at your hotel in part to your wonderful staff…including but not limited to, Jose, Rayshawn, Hermionie, Yaneesha, & the wonderful housekeeping staff!! Happy NY & thank you all!!

    My overall experience was great! Hotel was kept clean and the staff were very kind to me and my family. Food was good and the hotel was local to everything. I highly recommend this hotel!

    Outstanding Service from Rayshawn Stuart

    I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Parsippany thanks to the excellent customer service from Rayshawn Stuart. I ran into an issue with my room key not working, and Rayshawn handled it immediately with patience and professionalism. He quickly reset everything, made sure the door worked, and even checked in later to confirm everything was perfect. His welcoming attitude and willingness to go above and beyond truly made my stay more comfortable. Hampton Inn is lucky to have someone like him.
