    Courteous staff, very clean facility

    Free hotel breakfasts are generally not very imaginative. This was no exception to that industry-wide shortcoming

    I told the clerk to cancel as he was unable to accommodate us. He was rude and nasty. Told me to call myself and refused

    I requested a handicapped bathroom with a walk in shower. It was not provided. I had to go to another hotel and pay more.
