    Breakfast was good, good selection of food

    Elevators not working !! No reduced rate for elevators being out of service. Came back seven days later elevators still out of service, had to get room at Hyatt .

    Great Staff, Great Facility, please fix your elevators.

    The facilities were great and the staff was great. Breakfast was good with the exception of the fruit. They had apples that were mushy and oranges that were off color

    When we arrived, the elevator did not work, so I had to carry our luggage up the stairs, and there was no offer to help. They stated that there would be a reduction in the bill, but that did not happen.

    horrible....

    did not like. did not stay there, waiting on refund. had no elevator or water at hotel. waisted a hour to get sonething fugured out. booking did not want to give us refund. horrible experince with booking.
