Overpriced dirty hotel with grumpy staff.
The ice machine had plenty of ice. That’s all.
The hotel was not clean. The price was double that of the holiday inn express just down the street. The person working the front desk was grumpy. Overall it was not good at all for the price.

It was a very nice facility and fit our needs perfectly.
We were visiting the Cayuga and Seneca lake wineries so location was very convenient. Easy to find.
We were in a handicap accessible room which was great for us. However, the shower floor was extremely slippery and would have caused issues for my husband had he needed to use it. Shower mats or something might be a useful addition to these type rooms.

Perfect location to wildlife sanctuary. Everyone was wonderful to deal with. Hotel and room was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Great value!
