Nice hotel.
Kind people. Love the shuttle option. It was the reason we chose this hotel. Our driver, Patrick, was AMAZING!!!
Wish room had shower only, rather than tub/shower combo.

I traveled from Chicago to Nashville and I look forward to staying again at the hotel on my next road trip this fall the breakfast the staff everything was excellent and everybody that’s why your hotel is worth my 8 Hour Dr. and I cannot wait to visit again Nashville, Tennessee

Underwhelming.
Breakfast, pool, the maintenance man that assisted us, Meddero.
I requested a week in advance to have a fridge that could accommodate breast milk for my baby girl. The fridge in our room was not cold. We requested another and the maintenance man brought it up for us but it couldn't get up to temp fast enough. All the nozzles to adjust the coldness were broke off on purpose. Needle nose pliers is all that was needed to adjust the temp and when I brought this up to this lady at the front desk after having to call twice, she was visibly irritated with us. I could only imagine we kept pulling her from her phone screen in the little office next to the main desk ( terrible hiding spot ) and that caused her frustration. The only solution given was to keep it all in the kitchen fridge on the first floor. With our room being on the sixth floor this wasn't a very appealing option but it was something I suppose. After several hours and using a gallon bag filled with ice to assist, the fridge was able to use for my week in advance accommodation. I have to shoutout Meddero from maintenance/janitorial for being the only person seemingly WANTING to help, did not make us feel like a bother AND followed up to ensure we had everything fixed and taken care of.
