    Absolutely insulted after spending so much money!

    Wanted to extend our stay and received ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE treatment from BILL!!! This is not how I expected a GM to respond to a guest that wanted to EXTEND our stay and spend ADDITIONAL money with their company...

    First and Second Day being there keys did not work, everytime we returned to the room we had to go back downstairs to get new keys made that caused us to wait additional 30 minutes to get the key machine to work and get us keys. We were patient though, but when we mentioned to front desk that we will stay an additional night, we were treated as if we were breaking and entering. Our credit card was on file, so I didnt understand the issue. On the day of checkout we asked for a late checkout and were denied, then our phone kept ringing and pounding on our door every 10 minutes, even after letting Bill know we are happy to pay any fees to check out at 12 instead of 11am... We were treated as criminals for staying an additional hour! RIDICULOUS!

    i loved that there was biscuits and gravy, i wasn't expecting that. always love the waffle bar
