    Family Vacation

    The location was very nice. The staff was amazing. The room was very clean. Housekeeping was always willing to assist when I needed things such as towels and garbage bags. This location had the best breakfast I have had during my entire trip.

    I did not like the fact that for the amount I paid for 4 nights there was no Microwave in our room. We would have had to upgrade to a King suite. NY Hamptons are the only ones that do not provide Microwave in their smaller rooms. We are on a fixed income and brought meals with us. It was an inconvenience to have to go to the main lobby to heat meals. By the time I got back to the 4th floor they were barely warm. The other negative about this location is they did not know how to print a copy of my full stay receipt. They stated it was due to me booking through a 3 party, but all the other Hamptons I stayed at during this vacation were able to print final full stay receipt copies.

    Great!!!

    Not bad for a hotel breakfast, Kidding!! Good variety and selection of items, and location from lobby was great. I would stay at your hotel again and suggest my friends stay there too. Great job b your staff.

    Liked everything during my stay, NO complaints at all.
