    Good location for what we needed and no fuss

    Easy to stay at a hampton, you know exactly what you're getting

    Breakfast is a disappointment. Very basic, not so healthy, and simply boring

    A nice stay

    The room was nice and big and clean. The beds were very comfortable. There was lots of room in the breakfast area. Tea and coffee were available 24/7.

    The breakfast was just ok. It would have been nice to have had a hot tub. There were not many restaurants etc within walking distance. A car was needed to get around. It was quite far from downtown Chicago. It was quite expensive/ night considering.

    The suite was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly.

    The shower head and tub faucet had some problems. The water continued to pour out the faucet while the shower was in use.

    area was quiet and convenient to the mall and food locations

    fire alarm going off, and pool needs to be cleaned more
