    I liked everything except our room. The facilities and staff were great. The coffee is delicious.

    The carpet in our room was the dirtiest I've ever seen. I did not complain because we were only staying one night and we only sleeping in the room. The hotel was booked with soccer teams so i knew we couldn't get another room anyway. The couch was covered in hair. I know we had a pet friendly room because we brought our dog, but the carpet was filthy.

    Staff was great! Hotel was fine. Breakfast was also good.

    We had two rooms and both parties needed to switch rooms. One wasn’t completely cleaned and the other the door lock didn’t work. Staff were great about switching rooms for both rooms.

    With the exception of the Half cleaned Room, everything else was good.

    Breakfast was good, alot of seating and options.

    Our room: Brown stuff, maybe poop, running down the bathroom door, coffee splashed all in sink, foul smell in room, none of the USB ports worked, half the room sockets didn't work, hair on the shampoo bottle BEFORE we had used it.
