    room was fine, but difficult to cool down near the bed area.

    The cost was way more than I usually spend at a Hampton.

    You are dead to us. I also missed my 50th medical school reunion.

    Nothing. You screwed up the reservations and we cancelled the trip.

    Your service cost us probably a last visit with family. You sent us a confirmation and reminders of the stay but they never made the reservation at the Hampton Inn.

    Perfect hotel. Will stay here from now on w/ flying in and out of DTW.

    The hotel was spotless, looked brand new. Front desk staff were kind and professional. Room was immaculate, well thought out, and again, appeared brand new. Temperature adjusted quickly, no noise from other rooms. Perfect.

    Nothing. Couldn't have been better.
