    The location to shopping was great! We were able to walk to downtown. The breakfast was pretty good too.

    When we entered into the room, we were met with a really horrible smell. It was a strong musty smell. We contacted the front desk and they came and sprayed a deodorizer in the room. I can’t say it fixed the problem, I just think we got used to the smell. Then we discovered tiny black ants in the bed and around the sink the second night. We were already in bed so we didn’t say anything until the next morning when we were checking out.

    Great location, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, and exceptionally thoughtful staff!

    We really enjoyed our stay! The location is excellent, especially for exploring downtown Fredericksburg on foot. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, with a great selection. What impressed us most was the staff’s honesty and attentiveness. We accidentally left our son’s VR headset behind, and the hotel called us to let us know. We were able to return and pick it up. We truly appreciated that!

    The hotel is a little dated and could benefit from some updates and minor renovations. However, this didn’t significantly affect our stay.

    Our stay at the Hampton was excellent as usual!!

    Everything!!! I love that we can park our car when we get there and never have to worry about driving somewhere! Everything is within walking distance!!!!
