    Overall, my stay was good. The staff was friendly, warm and efficient.

    The pillows are very comfy. I took a picture of the label to see if I can find them at the Pillow Store.

    It took the water in the shower and bowl a very long time to go from cold to warm. It did not get hot!! I needed assistance with the TV REMOTE.

    Helpful and pleasant staff, but the dusty room odor and poor value made the stay disappointing.

    The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

    The room had a noticeable, lingering dusty odor that made the stay uncomfortable. Considering the cleanliness and overall room condition, it did not feel worth the price paid.
