    The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly. We came around Halloween & my son loved the decorations everywhere.

    The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very accommodating.

    I liked how spacious the rooms were and the level of security that the hotel offered

    That the phones weren’t working. We had an alarm go off in our room but couldn’t call down to the front desk. We had to be switched to another room because of the alarm could only be turned off by shutting off power to part of the room. But phone didn’t work in second room either.

    Hotel was perfect. Booking.com was not…

    Everything was clean and the hotel staff were super helpful .

    I did not like that booking.com failed to make my reservation. They were to slow to respond for assistance.
