    got in late and found the hotel on line and the ratings were good and not disapointing.

    Check in was great. We had a great room and very nice staff.

    A bit of an interesting experience here. Overall it was okay for a short stay,however, the room I booked for my cousins- they showed up and there was a huge part of the wall open/ exposed… not clear how this was missed prior to check in, but someone came and closed it back up. The following day they found a roach in their room… the guy downstairs came and killed it for them but did not offer an apology or offer to change rooms… Then in my room, the front desk guy called me one of the days while i was in the shower and demanded that a mechanic needed to come up and install some sort of bench in the shower. It was really inconvenient timing as I was in the middle of a shower anf also needed to get ready for a wedding. The front desk guy was not being flexible and stated that the mechanic absolutely had to come up at some point today to install this dumb thing in the shower. I’m still confused why this could not have been organized in between check outs while there is not a client in the room. Overall, its okay but the hotel staff is a little odd and not the most helpful or flexible when issues arise.
