    Booking.com is unprofessional and mischievous in their handling of this.

    Never stayed at the property due to cancellation. Never received refund. Terrible experience of booking.com and the hotel. Will never use your services again.

    Property was no help in resolving my dilemma. Will not service either of your businesses again.

    No ice bucket in room. I had to get dressed and go to front desk Alarm that I didn’t set went off at 6:15😩😩 Air condition thermostat had no lite. Couldn’t see to set it
