    You can do better.

    The pillows and bed were comfortable. The man at the front desk was nice.

    When we were picking up our bags to leave the hotel room by checkout time, a woman knocked loudly on our door at 10:59 and said “um check out was at 11”. It was 11. That made us feel very unwelcome and rushed on our long drive home. We were not in the room past 11. Literally not even 11:01. So it felt very unnecessary. The tv was difficult to use and the mirror play feature was not working. The doors slam hard and loud as people come and go.
