    Really nice, comfortable Hotel with Great breakfast.

    The staff were noticeably friendly and attentive on check in. The hotel is really nice inside. Sadly we did not get chance to use the pool but the other facilities were great. Room was a nice size and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. Plenty of choice and re-stocked nicely. Great location also. Walking distance from restaurants and bars.

    The only thing that we didn't like was the annoying floor buzzer in the elevator! But in all seriousness that was all.

    Inept, rude staff - LYING manager

    Worst hotel experience in my life!!! Hotel staff did not clean my room, nor provide clean linens, nor towels for the entirety of my stay. Front desk did not communicate this to housekeepers. Had to get clean towels each day of my stay from the front desk including last day when housekeeping entered my room at 9:30 am to strip bed and collect towels BEFORE I checked out. Manager, who was never notified of my experience despite four trips to the front desk promised partial refund but emailed IHG Corporste to say I was the problem. I stated this property many times before without incident. NEVER AGAIN
