The remodeling was a bit of a mess and I look forward to the breakfast it was always fresh and hot .. but I’m glad to see a place I stay often being upgraded

A price break should have been offered
The staff was nice but didn’t give any credit for what was wrong with the room
Room 501- the door lock did NOT work. The bathroom door did NOT shut. The trim in the bathroom was not finished. The water did not get hot. The one outlet in the bathroom did not work. There was no overhead light in the room. The power went off the first morning and there was NO emergency lighting in the room. The power was off for 4.5 hours. The coffee in the lobby was like warm. The flies were all over the apples that were sitting out because the construction had the doors open. It stated a hot breakfast was included in the stay which was in the price.. the property was renovating the first floor so no hot breakfast. Instead a paper bag with a very ripe banana or an apple and a juice was provided if u wanted

Our stay was pleasant and felt like a safe, clean, and friendly place to stay while we were away from home.
We have stayed here in the past and love it! The location is amazing. The staff, especially Justin at the front desk are so sweet, patient, and greet you with a smile. Everything is always great! We love the breakfast options, warm cookies in the evening, nice cool rooms, amazing water pressure, and all the accomodations.
I will say that our mattress was VERY firm which was definitely similar to sleeping on a rock…a nice clean and cool rock, but still, a rock. Also, there is a very very strong air freshener in the lobby that keeps things smelling fresh but if you spend any time in there for relaxing, eating, or visiting it is overwhelming.
