    Excellent Customer Service/Nice Hotel!

    Briley, at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. The hotel is clean, quiet, and close to downtown, as well as good food options. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay that is a short drive to all of the sights in downtown Nashville, this is the place.

    It was a bit more than I’d like to spend for a Hampton Inn. However, I will say it was the nicest Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at.

    Walking distance to the mall. Staff was amazingly friendly especially the breakfast lady on Saturday. So sweet!
