    Completely unacceptable to make us wait like that at that hour.

    We arrived at 1am after our 11pm arrival flight was delayed. I had already made a reservation. Upon arriving at this hour, we were told that the electronic system they use was currently under maintenance and they wouldn't be able to check us in until the maintenance window closed. We waited in the lobby with my 2yo son until 145am because they wouldn't check us in.

    Great check in staff and the airport shuttle driver was AWESOME. Cherry was his name. Good hotel proximity to the airport.

    The shower door and area around the shower need maintenance. The mirrors in the rooms looked smeared and dirty. Would be nice if you sold splits of wine to take up to the room.
