    Trashy reception staff at night

    Comfortable beds Room was clean and cold

    The piece of garbage asian with messed up eye working in thr reception. After 8 hours being in the road we arrived to our hotel with our reservation late at night The last thing we needed is a rude reception staff The receptionist checked my reservation and he said everything okay but I he can't check me in without credit card very rudely And then I said I have cash for the deposit he kept repeating him self none stop if you dont have credit card I won't let you stay rudely without even trying to explain or resolve the situation, i do not use or possess credit cards. Until before I left I asked if my debit card will do and he took it and inspect it and said okay . Why didn't he say that from the start ?? Bathroom had no working vent all the steam got trapped in the room and bathroom everything became humid and wet. The bathroom had mold and the curtains too. Tub was not clean enough.

    Room 332. AC/Heat sound was annoying. We had to turn it Off Otherwise stay would have been excellent.
