    I had live roaches crawling on the bed. I told staff they just said sorry and didn’t do nothing about it very disgusting

    Not the best!

    The location was perfect. Most employees were super nice. The breakfast was pretty good.

    It was very down, felt very moist/humid (especially in hallways), lots of things in disrepair (both in room and in common areas), lots of areas not clean. I went to the gym and say a dead, dries out lizard under one of the weighted balls. The general manager (AJ) was extremely rude when I asked for 3 towels for my room. Made me feel like it was an outlandish request and took the time to look up both room reservations and asked how many were in the rooms. He later apologized for the misunderstanding. But there wasnt a misunderstanding.
