    Nice hotel with helpful staff.

    We did this booking through Booking.com (who we use frequently and with great success). The hotel did not have a record of our room and was full. They called around and couldn't find another room in the area. The manager let us spend the first night in a room they were working on and then moved us to another room for the next two nights. Both Booking.com and the hotel took care of us, but it was quite stressful at the time.
