    Avoid at all cost

    Nothing

    Attempted to change the reservation. After repeated requests to the hotel and Bookings, I had to eat 3 nights. They would not return emails and booking requests. Wouldn't stay here if they offered a full refund. Manager refused to return phone calls. Counter help were of no help.

    Okay for a night or few

    Just the location. Close to many shopping destinations for Canadians.

    It was more dated than we would like. Only stayed here because our usual choice in Macedon was booked. None of the lights outside worked in the parking lot but it was a safe area thankfully.
