    It served the purpose for one night before an early flight

    Staff were pleasant and helpful

    The whole building seems old and run down. I felt the price was very high for that calibre of hotel. Breakfast? Very ordiary

    Room is clean, bed and condition are comfortable, breakfast is delicious, location is convenient ( easy to take a uber to SFO airport, near have a Starbucks…etc)

    Shuttle service was not 24 hours. We had a late flight.

    Shuttle service did not run during mid-day. We arrive at airport at 1:30 and there was no shuttle. We were never informed of this shortcoming. Made other arrangements to get to hotel. Not happy.
