    Traumatising service

    For the price, I suppose this hotel is ok for a one-night stay before heading to the airport. However, I would still expect a much better level of service. Because this was really bad.

    Unfortunately, the service was absolutely terrible, especially during breakfast. While I was still at the buffet getting my food, the staff suddenly started shouting, “It’s 10 o’clock, we’re closing, bye!” Without any warning or polite communication, they abruptly closed off the breakfast area, forcing me and several other guests to leave through a back-of-house service route. The entire situation was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and honestly quite shocking. I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected, and I was so taken aback by the way we were treated that I was left speechless for a while afterward. I've never experienced anything quite like it at a hotel. On top of that, the rooms could definitely have been cleaner, and there was an unpleasant, strange smell lingering in the room. Overall, while the price may be reasonable for a short airport stay, basic cleanliness, courtesy, and professionalism should never be too much to ask.

    We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Included breakfast was exceptional and they had free coffee at the lobby 24
