The location was convenient, and there were aspects of the property that could have made for a perfectly acceptable stay. Unfortunately, those positives were completely overshadowed by the condition of the room and the failure to provide the accommodations we reserved.
I booked this reservation months in advance for THREE guests and specifically reserved a room with TWO queen beds. Upon arrival, we were informed that the room type we reserved was unavailable and were instead placed in a “studio” with ONE king bed and a pullout sofa. Calling this an “upgrade” does not change the fact that we lost an entire actual bed. One member of our party was therefore forced to sleep on an extremely uncomfortable, springy pullout sofa because the hotel could not provide the accommodations that had been reserved well in advance. To make matters worse, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The bathtub was visibly dirty and stained, which I photographed and have included with this review. At this price point and frankly at ANY price point a guest should not be checking into a room with a bathtub in this condition. My issue is not that an unexpected problem occurred. Problems happen. My issue is how it was handled. When a guest reserves two beds for three people, the hotel should either provide those accommodations or offer a meaningful solution. A kitchenette and the word “studio” do not compensate for removing a bed that was necessary for the number of guests on the reservation. I booked months ahead specifically to avoid this type of situation. We did our part as guests by planning and reserving the appropriate room. The property did not fulfill its end of that reservation. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property based on our experience.

Great Place
The room was beautiful and everything was working. It was spacious and clean and the bed was so soft. I wasnt afraid to climb under the blanket. I slept so good
The only thing wrong was I booked through a 3rd party and the staff didn't know I had a pet even though i indicated that i did have one😬 NOT the hotels fault at all
