GM needs to upgrade and refresh room and check AC filters for mold
The location is awesome and the staff is helpful and friendly
I booked a king suite as I’ve stayed in one last year and it was nice. I stayed in a different room this time. Upon arrival the room was muggy smelled of mold, and floors were slippery. They had maintenance set ac to auto. I left for a dolphin excursion and came back , room was cooler, but the musty smell triggered my asthma. The ac filters should be replaced and the drapes had mold stains on them as well. This bed was lumpy and uncomfortable the carpet old and smelly. This is on the third floor. Not giving room number out respectfully. The pet fee is ridiculous $75 !!! This message is for the GM or Hampton owners not the staff. This hotel or this room needs a major upgrade for the price you pay here. I’m coming back through on Saturday and my cards already been charged. I thought I was supposed to pay on arrival like last time. Pretty disappointed in my stay to be honest after waiting 6 months for my vacation time I was only there overnight at halfway to parents house.
