    Poor maintenance and lack of service.

    The hotel is 15 minutes from the airport.

    The rugs in the rooms had a persistent odor that stirred up my asthma. I called the front desk to express my concern and I was moved from the 6th floor to the 3rd floor. I was told by the manager the room on the 3rd floor was recently steamed. I walked into the room and it had the same horrible rug odor. Also, the laundry room was dusty and the washer had smalls rocks, cardboard, and washers. The dryers had lint for days so I had to call the front desk for assistance. They sent up maintenance and he cleaned it out. I had to ask the housekeeper for rags and wipes to clean the table and around the lint tray which had small pieces of cardboard. The building looks good on the outside but it’s poorly maintained in the inside.

    Great convenience and quality for the price.

    The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very professional too. I had a great stay and would return!

    I don't think there's anything I necessarily disliked about the hotel. Its location could be better in terms of proximity to big venues like Raymond James Stadium, but not much you can do about that I guess.
