    Would not stay here again if ever!

    Did not have breakfast. Breakfast areas were clean

    Pool was closed because of algae bloom, which obviously had been algae presence for quite some time. Maintenance had not been performed in recently.No staff at desk. Had to call out for help. Bathtub spout was poorly installed. Top of toilet tank was ill-fitted and just balancing. All the ice machines on all three floors were not functioning.

    I love hampton inn But 100 percent Not this Hampton innin temecula i don’t recommend this hampton inn

    Bed comfortable Location

    Ice machine Broken we couldn’t use pool it was GREEN grandson was very disappointed There was throw up in the parking lot the front desk staff was not Friendly i asked for 2 rolks of toilet paper was only given 1 At other hampton inns im always given 2 room cards here only 1 which i hated it made it hard when its more than one person using it and they leave somewhere

    Check-in was disappointing, but everything afterward was amazing!

    I liked everything about the hotel it has a beautiful set up.

    What I didn’t like was that when we arrived, we had to wait about an hour after check-in because our rooms were not ready. There were about four other families waiting in the lobby for their rooms as well. After traveling and arriving at the hotel, it was frustrating to have to wait that long before we could get settled into our room.
