Good value for cost
Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good location to airport and restaurants.
The AC in the room was extreme. Moving thermostat 1 degree would go from hot to cold. We weren't able to get a comfortable temperature.

The employees at Hampton are the best.
The professionalism of the employees was outstanding. At the end of 38 hours in planes and airports, I had a really bad final flight, and I’m embarrassed to say, I took it out on the shuttle driver and the night desk clerk. They both handled my unwarranted aggression with great professionalism, and did their best to make my stay comfortable. I apologized to Pinkeon, the desk clerk, in the morning, but I missed the shuttle driver, Cedric. Both men deserve applause as professional, kind, and very patient. If all the employees at Hampton are like them, then no one should stay anywhere else.

I have stayed there at 10 times Hilton silver member. I will try somewhere else
Other times I have stayed, the room was excellent this time; the room was old room. TV position to the side spring bed uncomfortable! Outdated plugs the list goes on and on
