    Location was fantastic, and the staff was exceptional! I mean it. EVERYONE on staff was so friendly. It was great!

    The breakfast has declined (we’ve stayed here before.). The breakfast was previously exceptional, but now it’s good. No vent in the bathroom is problematic. Also, we didn’t receive maid service on the second day. This was a surprise, but we adjusted. When I called for more towels, they asked me to come down to get them. They should have a porter for such things, particularly when it’s their fault.
