I like that it is in a great location
I don’t like that every year the pool isn’t available. I don’t like the rooms are not updated. Added photos first photo is showing old chewed gum on headboard and the second one is a photo of bottom of bathroom door that wouldn’t close all the way.

An overpriced dump, that takes advantage of its hotel guests.
The manager and staff was kind. Responding appropriately and swiftly to some issues that arose.
This place is a run down DUMP! I’ve stayed several times in times over the past 6 years and its quality keeps getting lower and lower. While the prices are ridiculously elevated. Explain how we go from a little over $100 nightly rate for the first 2 nights to over $900 SINGLE NIGHT rate on my third night. Then there was 2 roaches in our room. We caught one but not the other. Shower going from warm to lukewarm, never getting hot while you are in it. Broken pieces in bathroom. The gauging of the price is what did for me. They take advantage because they knew an event was happening close by and it has caused their hotel to be sold out for this week every time. I will not stay there again! SHAME ON HITLON BRAND!
