    Waste of money

    Tried to talk with front desk but was ignored. Carpet was spotted, toilet tissue holder had been ripped from the wall and put back on many times, leaving all the different holes, the wall paper was coming off the wall and the TV didn't work. Mattresses and pillows were lumpy and needed to be replaced. We went to breakfast and used the toaster which would not stop toasting, unplugged it to stop the burning toast, no help was to be found. When the attendant came back, she took out the burnt toast and laid it on the table, and plugged broken toaster up and walked away. This was an upgrade to a King Suite!

    Worst hotel stay of my life attacked by bed bugs 🤮

    Worst experience of my life attacked by bed bugs i have live proof ruined my whole stay and bond I was building with someone I love tried to have a romantic night only to be assaulted by filth seemed to have allergic reaction John Rodriguez did absolutely nothing i hate this place with a passion now
