    Great customer experience. Thank you.

    The team came together to help me out. I was taking my son on a visit to W&M. As i was getting into my car, realized my car battery was dead. Had a member of your staff, Victoria, drive me and my son to college in time (she would not accept a tip). Adter tour and getting back go hotel, the receptionist helped me fond jumper cables and get squared away. Much appreciated!!!

    The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. It is nice to have a refrigerator, coffee maker and blow dryer in the room.

    There was not exhaust in the bathroom. When we showered the bathroom was hot and steamy.

    Staff was excellent

    we had a flat tire and your staff helped us with getting the tire off! They were wonderful!
