    They asked how the stay was. Told them mini fridge wasn’t working. Had new fridge in 10 min!

    Overall my stay was not good having to either leave someone in my room when I left

    The location was excellent, with plenty of amenities and attractions in the immediate vicinity.

    However, I was disappointed by the breakfast service; the staff members were unfriendly, and food items frequently ran out before service had concluded. Furthermore, the staff seemed unwilling to replenish items from the kitchen when requested. Also I had to be let into my room each time I left. My key card would not open my door.
