    It was very upsetting to be charged $238.43 more than email confirmation amount.

    I adjusted my stay to Friday, October 9 to Sunday, October 11 and received confirmation that total would be $ 396.73. I was charged $ 635.16. When I questioned the charge, I was told that the Hotel decided not to honor the Booking.com rate. I showed the person the confirmation email from the Hotel and still the person would not honor what was agreed upon. I would like a reimbursement of the excessive charge.

    The bathtub was a little dirty and made a weird crackling noise
