    Not reliable

    I made reservations 11 months in advance at this hotel because we were attending an important event. Three days before our stay, I called and confirmed. Two days before our stay, they called me and said they had overbooked and we didn't have a room. Unbelievable! They could not tell me why I was the one that lost my reservation, even though it had been 11 months since I had made it, and they did not offer any help in finding another place to stay. Just "we're sorry, we are overbooked, you no longer have a room." If you're planning a trip where you have to have a hotel room, I would not recommend them because they are not Reliable.
