    Très bon séjour

    Le personnel de l'hotel est vraiment au petit soins et donne des conseils pour la visite des parties du domaine Il est bien situé et permet l'acces de la porte est du dommaine (15 minute de marche) pour la partie emblématique du dommaine. La partie Tianmen se trouve à 45 minutes de didi, mais le principal est près de l'hotel. Chambres confortables et calmes.

    Las chicas de recepción son muy agradables y se esfuerzan por explicar todo bien, ellos mismos te gestionan las entradas de las excursiones.

    El hotel estaba bien pero no corresponde para nada con las imágenes, nosotros cuando llegamos no teníamos muy claro si era el hotel de las fotos, fue algo confuso. Las lavadoras ni si quiera son ese tipo, por no hablar de las vistas. Pero bueno, quitando todo eso estaba limpio y la ubicación también bien.

    We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the hotel provided many thoughtful extras, including free drinking water and convenient laundry facilities. Having several washing machines and dryers available was a real bonus after long days exploring Zhangjiajie. Everything was practical and well thought out. We would happily stay here again!

    Un servizio davvero premuroso! Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'acqua potabile gratuita e la comodità di avere diverse lavatrici e asciugatrici a disposizione sul tetto. Prima della partenza ci hanno persino messo a disposizione un asciugascarpe per asciugare le nostre scarpe. Con questo clima umido è stato un aiuto preziosissimo! Piccole attenzioni che fanno davvero la differenza. Grazie di cuore!
