    Una joya de hotel, sin duda 10000% recomendable

    Todo el personal fue encantador, las señoras de la recepción y el equipo de desayuno estaban al pendiente y, a pesar de la barrera del idioma, me trataron de forma excelente A la llegada te enseñan a preparar un matcha junto con unos dulces de la zona Los baños cierran un par de horas al día por limpieza, pero que haya 4 baños individuales disponibles es una maravilla para poder disfrutar y descansar o bien a 1a hora de la mañana o bien cuando estés terminando el día y quieras relajarte Sin duda, es un hotel al que volvería si en el futuro vuelvo a Kusatsu Onsen Además, tienen aguas y café disponibles las 24h y cada día el desayuno cambia (1er día oriental y 2o día occidental)(con productos de la zona, se nota el amor que le tienen)
