Staff don’t speak English so a bit hard to communicate. Breakfast buffet was ok but dinner was excellent.

조용하고 노천탕에서 조망하는 아사히타케가 멋집니다. 저녁은 예약을 안했는데 가까운곳에 여러 맛집이 많아요. 아침은 일식 뷔페인데 대단히 만족스러웠습니다

フロントの男性の方の対応はどうかと思いました。バスタオルの追加をお願いしたら、上から目線で交換なら出来ますと言われました。長い人生のなかの宿泊経験で初めての経験だったので驚きました。改善された方がいいと思います！

Komfortabels Hotel nahe Asahi-dake Ropeway
Sehr komfortables und großzügiges Zimmer. Sehr gute Matratzen. Schöner Sitzbereich. Umfangreiches japanisches Frühstücksbuffet. Freundlicher Service. Schöner Onsen-Bereich. Sehr empfehlenswert!
