  It was great for the needs we had and was a nice and spacious unit.

  the place itself was good, but the entry was not very easy without someone meeting and showing around.

  the keys being picked up in town at a totally different spot

  Sympa pour quelques jours

  L'appartement est situé dans un complexe agréable, la piscine est topissime, le tout au bord de mer.

  1) la remise des clefs. Nous sommes arrivées en bus. Nous avions choisi cet appartement car il est situé en face de la gare des bus à Estepona. Mauvaise surprise, il y a lieu de récupérer les clefs au port dans une box à l'autre bout de la ville. A 21H... à notre arrivée, nous voilà obligées de prendre un taxi pour aller chercher les clefs.. pas pratique comme système.. et surtout impersonnel. 2) pas d'explication sur les clefs. Du coup, nous nous sommes retrouvées à la rue à 1H du matin. Heureusement que des voisins étaient présents pour nous faire accéder à l'immeuble. rem : le lendemain, les personnes de l'agence sont venues gentiment nous expliquer comment cela fonctionnait. 3) l'appartement a une petite terrasse .;dommage qu'elle donne sur un parking. 4) la cuisine est bien équipée mais mal agencée..toute en longueur. 5) équipements qui ne fonctionnent pas : exemple le fer à repasser coule. etc

  Disappointing

  Spacious and well-equipped kitchen Good swimming pool, which was a nice addition to the property Convenient location, around a 10-minute walk from central Estepona and just 5 minutes from Carrefour

  - The apartment’s main views are toward a gas station, which is not particularly appealing. - The balcony door does not close properly, causing poor insulation and making it difficult to keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature. - The key collection process is inconvenient. Keys must be picked up from their office, which is located quite far from the property. - The beach near the apartment is quite small and was not particularly clean during our stay. - Check-in and check-out policies are extremely inflexible. Check-in is officially at 3:00 p.m. and check-out at 11:00 a.m., and they were unwilling to accommodate even a one-hour early check-in or a slightly later departure. There is also nowhere to leave your luggage, which makes things particularly inconvenient if you arrive early or have plans after check-out, as you have to carry your luggage with you

  Dobra lokalizacja, dostępny czysty i duży basen, bardzo dobry kontakt z pomocną obsługą apartamentu, klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju.

  Szkoda, że na wyposażeniu apartamentu nie ma leżaków, które można zabierać na basen. Musieliśmy kupić własne.
