Guests must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. Please also note that guests without a dinner-inclusive plan cannot eat dinner at the restaurant. Children’s dinner menu is available upon request. Reservations must be made 7 days prior to the check-in date. The shuttle departs at 15:00. The shuttle from the property to Sapporo departs at 10:00. When booking 5 or more rooms, please note that the following conditions apply: - A nonrefundable deposit is obliged 30 days prior to your day of arrival.
