    If I could give 10 stars …

    The most amazing experience. From the glass of wine on arrival, with a view of Mount Fuji, to the chauffeur ride to the bus stop when we left, we felt so welcome and looked after. The room was huge and amenities fantastic, we adored the private onsen. Food was spectacular and service incredible.
