Overall, enjoyable. It was nice but could’ve been exceptional with a few repairs and upfront fees.
Cute, homey vibe. Accurate description/photos. Full updated private apartment. Decently clean. Good location.
The room is originally a good price but they charge $50 nonrefundable deposit after booking yet the apartment lacked obvious minor upkeep/repairs. Microwave broken, toilet paper holder in bathroom fell apart, and bathroom had no cold water. Toilet wouldn’t even flush by the time we left. Couch had some stains. Had some difficulty with keypads at first but figured it out thru the host email information.

Easy to access and use system links to get in. Very spacious for a solo traveller Big shower and comfy bed Bus stop on the corner if you catch it at the right time takes you downtown to get easy access to Muhammad Ali Centre, Whiskey Row and the Frazier Museum and Louisville Slugger Museum or a connection to places like Churchill Downs.
Street noise can be a bit loud if your room is on that side
