    Great House, Great Value, Good Service, Weird Neighbors

    Great house was good facilities and an amazing view. Across the street from a park, snow covered mountains looming from the porch and living room, views of the ocean, just a beautiful location. Excellent fridge and appliances. Good hot water and pressure in the shower. Bed was comfy, pillows were good. Washer/dryer worked. Very clean. Decent TV size. Little interaction with management until they informed me that hey had found my credit card, they are holding it for me.

    Sofa was old, saggy and hard to get out of. Washer/dryer cycle took a long time. Someone had melted something onto the bottom of the iron. Neighbors were not friendly, when we pulled into the driveway we were immediately informed that we could not park there, when we pulled out from there and parked ion the street, the other neighbor immediately came out and told us we were parking in front of his house and needed to move (public street). We were only unloading our luggage before parking down the street but it made us feel not welcome, like previous tenants had been annoying.

    Clean and tidy, though dated, property. Lovely to be able to walk down to the beach, though steep uphill return not grea

    Lovely view from the front of the house. Clean and tidy. Quick walk to beach and township.

    Very close to the neighbours, quite noisy from main bedroom with people coming and going No use of driveway. Much more dated than shown in photos.
