Cai and his wife were fabulous hosts and obviously very proud of their homestay. It was super, super clean and very comfortable. Airconditioner was icy cold, the pool a welcome retreat after hiring bicycles and all food very, very tasty. Cocktails as well! Cai is super-attentive as a host and we wanted for nothing. Quick easy walk to Mua Cave in the morning to avoid the heat and crowds. Easy cycle to Trang An and Tam Coc, not that we needed to go there with so many restaurants and shops in close proximity. Thank you! If I'm back in the area I would certainly stay here again.

A month of rest and relaxation in a great little homestay.
Great location tucked down a side road but within walking distance of plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops. Cai and his wife were great hosts, the place is spotlessly clean, the pool was very welcoming on the hot and steamy days, breakfast was good and varied which we appreciated as we were there for a month. Will be back next year

11/10! Everything was perfect. The welcome was very friendly and the staff were always there to help. The pool was spotless and the breakfast was excellent. You can rent a scooter or a bike on site at a very good price, which is so convenient. This is honestly the best place to stay to visit Ninh Binh. Highly recommended!

Emplacement à l’extérieur du centre de Nihn Bihn ce qui permet d’être au calme, propriétaire au top toujours au petit soin, serviette et bouteille d’eau apporté tout les jours. Petit déjeuner vietnamien au top 👌🏻 Location de scooter et vélo sur place à un super prix. Je recommande à 100% ce logement
