    Excellent - Highly recommended

    Great location. Breakfast is provided with vouchers for a local restaurant on the waterfront which is excellent. Rooms big and well furnished. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

    We would stay here again if we were to come back to Chania.

    We absolutely loved this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, beautiful and located close to the centre of town. We could walk everywhere. The breakfast spot was amazing and a short walk away. Too much food for any one person to consume, but we accepted the challenge and ate as much as we could. The staff were amazing. So friendly and offered to assist us with anything we needed. I loved that the windows came with exterior shutters to block out noise and light coming from outside. The jacuzzi tub was just what I needed after a long day out exploring.

    The bed was a little harder than I like. The hotel was able to provide me with an extra quilt to put underneath me to add some extra cushion which helped a lot. You can hear the noise of other guests in the hallway and on the stairs. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend ear plugs. In my eyes, there's always a solution.
